Necklaces arrived in bags too small to hold them and they were purchased to give as gifts! Now I must spend time/money/efforts to purchase appropriate bags/boxes. When I notified the company asking for bags that accommodated the 6 items I bought I was told that was the only size they had. That reflects very little concern for customer convenience and satisfaction!
